Documenting Manousakis Winery
On the second day, Tuesday 9 April 2019, the
Erasmus teachers explored the Manousakis winery
in the village of Vatolakkos. They were given a tour
of the processing and bottling facilities by Ms
Marchela Katsanevaki who explained the wine
making process in great detail.
