Economy impacts on society and environment. Income and work are necessary for sustainable sustenance of people, through
the rational and efficient use of resources. Society requires institutions’ involvement and their role in the change of
democratic and participatory systems , with equal conditions and opportunities (safety, health, education, free time) equally
distributed among social strata, age, genders. Environmental sustainability requires awareness of Nature’s fragility, and the
impact human activities and decisions on ecosystems.
We want to exploit our different know-how and good practices
to design, test, validate and implement Eco-Sustainability in
Europe. It’ll enable students with different background and
future to be main actors in their learning process. It involves a
lot of non-formal teaching and learning to help reduce student
anxiety for school performance and is inclusive for all students,
regardless of social or academic background.
The theme leads to acquire various skills that can contribute to
understand ecosystems, biodiversity, green energy, landscape,
and a sense of belonging and responsibility towards local
heritage, which can become elements of guidance to job and
following studies.
Direct experience, research in the area as a chance for technical
and practical activities, consolidation of knowledge, sources,
direct contact with the natural good, critical revision will help to
grasp the size of common good and identity.
